 Scott Chappell & Brian Bean

Scott Chappell
Scott was born and raised in Illinois. He moved to Southern California in 1975 and earned his real estate license in 1976, his broker's license in 1978. Scott worked in the home mortgage field in Los Angeles for 13 years before making the jump to real estate and the Inland Empire in 1989. At that time, he joined Re/Max in Corona, where he stayed for more than 10 years. He and Brian joined forces in 2001, and they formed American Alliance Real Estate Services in 2002. Scott is a fan of jazz and considers himself an amateur chef and BBQ pro. He is single and has 3 children: Brett, Racquel and Scotty. Brett is an area loan officer, Racquel is a college student, and Scotty is in high school.
Brian Bean
Brian moved to Southern California in 1988 from the Pacific Northwest, where he was born and raised. He graduated from Western Washington University in Bellingham with a degree in journalism and worked as an editor for 13 years at The Desert Sun newspaper in Palm Springs, Calif. Brian met Scott over a listing of 10 residential apartments, and the two later bought the apartments together in a partnership. Brian left journalism in 2001 and joined forces full time with Scott in Riverside. Brian and his wife Alisa enjoy traveling, especially to locations where they can charter a boat in search of giant marlin. They have been married since 2002.

 Robert Hawk
Buyer's Specialist
Robert Hawk is an Inland Empire native with several years' experience in the Southern California real estate industry, joining the Scott & Brian team in 2005. In preparation for becoming a professional Realtor, Robert worked for several years on the escrow side of the business and worked for a year as a loan proccessor. He received personal tutelage from several local top producers, learning the finer details of structuring offers and getting them accepted, which helped prepare him for his role as a buyer's specialist for Scott & Brian. Robert has a black belt in kenpo and ju-jitsu and is a licensed teacher of yoga.

 Melissa Arcila
Transaction Coordinator
Melissa is a native of Southern California, born and raised in La Puente. Starting as a teen-ager, she has worked in the real estate industry since 2000, and she is an expert in the opening and closing of our clients' escrows. Melissa is bilingual and has been licensed as a Realtor since 2005. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

 Chris Ingram
Marketing Specialist
Chris was raised in New England and moved to Riverside in 1996. He worked in security and the pool service industry until 2004 when he started an aircraft detailing business with his brother. Managing the business exposed Chris to the concept of marketing, which he now focuses on since joining the Scott & Brian team in 2005. In his spare time, Chris enjoys camping, hiking and running his dogs.
